Young Democrats of Frederick County (YDFC) is a diverse Young Professionals Organization (members are ages 18 - 36) chartered through the Young Democrats of Maryland. We are dedicated to peer to peer education, community service, networking, and leadership development within the ranks of the local and state party.
We foster opportunities for young activists to become involved, and to stay engaged in local, state and national politics while promoting a progressive agenda at all levels of the Democratic Party. We offer social activities, professional and career development, inspirational speakers and events, campaign and political involvement at all levels, and a safe communal space for young adults to support and empower each other.
Meetings
We meet the last Thursday of each month at 6:00 p.m., C. Burr Artz Library, 110 E. Patrick Street, Frederick, MD 21701.
Check the Central Committee calendar one week before each meeting for any potential changes to the location.
